Local Delivery: If you are local and would like delivery of your pet food you can select the appropriate option for delivery.
Our delivery days are Tuesday – Thursday.
If you are needing food the upcoming week we ask you submit your order by Monday at the latest for delivery on Tuesday-Thursday.
Orders that come in later week for deliver will go out the following week if we have already been to your area.
If you have not selected the correct delivery area or entered inaccurate information for shipping the correct fee will be invoiced. You will be invoiced for the difference and orders will be held until payment is made.
SHIPPING: In order for us to ship you any food you must order at least 25lbs. of food.
If you choose to place the order via shipping, then you understand that if the shipment is delayed, damaged in any capacity, or undeliverable that Raw Pets will not refund or reship the order.
Freeze dried ice is an option that can be added for an additional fee.
PICKUP: If you select Largo Warehouse Local Pick Up please come during our business hours found on our website. If you need to schedule a time outside of those hours for pick up we can arrange for a 25.00 fee.
